The Strategic Project Portfolio of the Executive Board of the University
The Strategic Project Portfolio (USP = Universitäre Strategische Projekte / Strategic Projects of the University) enables the Executive Board of the University to shape the organizational development of UZH. Through this portfolio, projects of overall university-wide significance can be implemented with priority and high quality.
The USP includes an actively managed pool of ideas with a project pipeline, which is regularly reviewed by the Executive Board of the University. It also encompasses the Strategic Projects in different project phases (project proposal in development, ongoing project, completed project).
